K770i - Debrand + Unlock - Please Help

Hiya all.
Just found this site so hope I post right. I am trying to debrand/unlock a K770i that was on 3 network to preferably any network (open) or O2 at the least. Been going through forum all day and have managed to get XS++ to connect ok. Handset is for UK use and I think is set as such. Any advice on the correct files to flash with would be very much appreciated.

i have also a k770i and i unlocked it with help of this thread

first you must search in downloads for a MAIN firmware for your phone.
in the programm there isn't k770i to tick so just tick k810i. thats working.
how to debrand i don't know

Hi,
Nice post and it went well, apart from I didnt realise the 'c' button must be continuously held down all the time, or it did in my case. It now works fine on O2 but I still have the 3 menu,splash screens and shortcut button. Any advice for the correct files would be much appreciated. Dont mind having O2 menu system or a Generic. Also which software to change these please? Many thanks in advance ppl.

Will download and try this afternoon, I forgot to say it is for UK use, these still ok? Also I noticed the main and fs files recommended start with R8BA where as my phones start with R8AB does this matter? I presume I can use se tool lite to install these? sorry for being thick.

yeah you can use Setool2lite, about the firmware, your's is a lower version one so it will be better with R8BA.... it doesn't matter if it is for UK use but that concern the language package. Read here for language package too : Top Sony - Languages Description

Hi everyone, Please how do I unlock sony ericsson J108i. I have tried using the XS++ and the setoolite but no success. The phone is lock on 3 mobile.

I discovered my firmware is not available on the mains flash. Can anyone help please.

J108 is DB3350 - you must use A2uploader (XS not support db3350) !

You can't unlock J108 by flashing it; you can only debrand it.
