Is the aerixs erver working?

I have tried unlocking to unlock my wives w595 for several days now using Aerix. Always getting this result:

I have registered and confirmed my account. I even tried to register again with another username, but the same result then.

So have anyone managed to make this work in the last 2-3 days or should I just throw away the software as junk?

Have you actually went to tools>settings and type in your username and password?

I've used Aerix for my z750 which was completely dead but now I got it fix so for me it isn't a junk software.
