unlock/debrand w595 on 3 network

i've read all i can read, downloaded XS++, the fimware and custpacks needed and even installed a specific usb flash driver.

But somehow i'm stuck before i even begin,

connect phone to XS++ by normal procedure but it won't read it. it comes up with (unknown CID0) and all the information fields say unknown or 0.

im truly stuck, can someone help?

It does exactly the same thing with my c905, so obviously I'm doing something wrong here

ok i've found this on A2-DB3150 Flashing, i will try this tomorrow and hope this works better
