z750's driver didn't work out

i download the driver for my z750a
i press 'c' and connect to computer
i chose the driver's folder i386 {i'm using vista}
and the error occurs...
wat just happened?

and i can't connect to XS++3.2

First You must use the generic USB FLASH Driver (for Vista). The related Z750 driver is not suitable for flashing but only for transfer file, modem and other.
Second don't use the 3.2 version of XS++ (is a beta, maybe damage your phone), but only the last working 3.1 version

Xs++ 3.1 or 3.2 won`t work , because you have a db3150 phone. For now there is no free program that supports flashing or anything else. Only against payment.
There is one program:

a2uploader

But I wouldn`t recommend it, because many my friend did bricked there phone with this program.
