Can we flash main or FS only using wotanclient? I know davinci can do so..

Pls provide the know how..Also, can I use XS++ for K800i?

You can use XS++ if your CID is cid49. Your Main and FS must be same version

You can Use both...but in Wotan you can only finalize when you got a WotanLog...

XS++ is for free

You can flash without finalize (just uncheck finalize option), but you must have a log in your account (will not be discounted).
