Can´t get my K800i flashed

Hi,
Im trying to flash my K800i since a week. But nothings seems to work.

Since I put another Sim Card it wont start. Sometimes if I press start:
Nothing happens, the IR flashes red one time or 6 times.

I have tried SEUS. If I press and hold down "C" nothing ever happend. If I press and hold down 2+5 (have to try it around 5 times) it tells me:

FAILED TO DETECT PRODUCT

I tried it x-times, nothing ever happend. Always the same error popup.

So I downloaded SeTool2Lite1.10 and upgraded it to 1.11

I tried to install FIRMWARE, MAIN, FS and CUSTOMFILES

I ALWAYS GET AN ERROR MESSAGE.

Anybody a idea or hint what else I could try out??
