W610i-blank screen

Hy!
I can buy W610i with problem.
When it turn on,display is white.
Seller say that he want to answer the call and then is phone is turn off.
He say that is EROM problem.
W610i has a CID53 EROM.
How can I fix it for free?
And,if not problem in EROM,what is problem?

In download on topsony is only W610i CID52,there no CID53 EROM.
Can anyone upload W610i CID53 EROM?
