Generic = Unbranded

Operator: 000-00 = Full unlocked

First of all where does it say 000-00?
ok but, will using those files keep my phone unlocked? and debranded? because i had an unlocked w580 before, and i flashed it, it got re locked to rogers.


by the way is there a flashing guide with a specific program?
and can i get the links to those files
