WotanServer Client - Change CID36 to CID49

I have a k600i that is CID36 RED.

I have purchased 2 Login credits so I can change CID36 to CID49 the flash with generic firmware.

The Wotan Client does not have provision on interface to 'Change CID'.

Is there another version of the client that I need.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the reply I have recieved from WotanServer support - so anybody with the same phone from Australia CD36 RED may have a similar problem

You can try SEUS, maybe it will update your CID, but I don´t know...

i'm not sure but i think i read on se-nse that you can use a service cable and xs++/xc to flash ur phone. though if i may ask why would you want to update the cid?

To use WotanServer or DaVinci to debrand the k600i it has to be CID49 RED (using standard mini USB cable). Otherwise you need a service cable (which I do not have).

With standard mini USB that came with phone? Also the R2J005 firmware (as I understand it) is BROWN, my phone is RED.

I tried using this firmware with DaVinci log, but was not successful, so the tried WotanServer but came up with the CID problem.

It should work with USB-cabel, just try it out with XS++ and see if you can read phone info.

Unfortunately when I try this firmware it reports as being BROWN and so cannot be put onto my RED phone.

DB2000 CID36 is NOT supported at all and using USB cable CID can not be changed. Sorry for this issue. How did you made payment? PayPal or Kagi? We will made a full refund.
