I really want SWEDISH to my phone.

Looking everywhere. Is SV avaible ? Can someone please help me ..

W995_R1EA028_FS_NORDIC_RED53, but cann't find this file in Downloads.

C905_1209-4769_R6A_GENERIC_NORDIC is custom pack, not File System.
Can try ( c905 FS to w995 ), but what bugs will be have later...

I can either find nordic pack fs to w995 . what to do ? Do you have any suggestion ?

What is a custom pack?

Custom pack includes languages, branding settings and must be same version with File System to use all languages in phone.
Some operators change custom pack (CDA) with their branded settings and when update phone via SEUS cann't find new SW version (while nonbranded custpack SEUS find the new SW version is available).
