it could be a firmware problem try to delet it and put it back on.i had a friend that had such a problem on another phone when he played mp3's

@dungdung nothing is free unless you do it by yourself ... and flashing is not an isue of waranty ... if you flashed your phone you lost waranty ... so if you realy need to do it and you dont know how go to a service and they will charge you an amount of cash depending on you phone :)
