Debranding w580i CID53 help? -- Being honest here!

First off, I know somewhere on this board is a very simple guide to debranding the SE [US]w580i CID53 but unfortunately, I dont have to the time to search these boards seeing how im working 12hr shifts and can barely stay away after work to find this guide...Ive tried a little here and a little there but have yet to locate a guide on debranding my [US-AT&T]SE w580i CID53.

I usually spend my time on the internet at forums, I know all about the search function. but this forums is pretty big. Im not asking anyone to debrand my phone. All I ask is for some help getting a guide to debranding my phone, All I really want to do is put in some custom flash themes really.

again, I dont really have time to hunt this guide down. in fact, I have to go take a shower and get ready for bed, my back is killing me! god, im getting old.

In short, Anyone know of a guide to debranding my w580i CID53 using jdflasher?
