hi! this is just for incase the successful flash doesnt solve the problem.
Whats very and highly possible is that you will need to replace your top keypad membrane. its seems that there is a bad design in the w850i keypads and they are breaking after a period of use. Im guessing youve had this phone for over 18 months right?
