backlight on, screen black, phone working

I have the same problem no display but have power... But i not drop my phone,,, after i use the application around the world the display is dead... I turn off and on but still dead display

If the mobile s working normally(receive calls)..,u should change the display... if its not booting up..try flashing d firmware..
