w580i problems

Hi, I've searched the forums with no luck. I have a w580i on the Rogers network here in Canada. The other day I turn my phone off during class, it was charging all night, and go to turn it on after class. All it did was vibrate. No red light under the C button, just a vibrate. Came here to check out if anyone had similar issues. Many did. Tried what some suggested with no luck. Tried an update on the phone, that worked as I was able to update the phone but it still wouldn't turn on. Instead of a vibrate, the C button flashed red. After trying other things, the phone doesn't vibrate or flash red. When I plug the phone into the wall the C button turns red for about 15-20 seconds. Anything I can do?

can be a firmware,display,shorted battery problem..
