Help with SE w580i

I've tried a few times flashing my w580i (may not have been the best idea) and still have gotten a same result: an unlocked phone, but the screen is unproportionate. Everything is larger than it's supposed to be, so it's hard to use the phone. A few times my phone wouldn't turn on, but I'm in the process of fixing that. I did NOT backup my GDFS file, because in the tutorial I used, it never told me to. Someone please help me properly flash my phone.

Now I can't fix my phone from the blinking light. I need serious help.

how did you connect it to the pc? was the phone in file transfer mode when inserted or turned off
