Help me bring my W800i back to life

I am having a problem with my w800i where it keeps returning to a white screen then shuts off. My phone tech says the firmware needs to be installed but that he can't help me as it is not available in my country. The specs of my phone is:

CID 49
R1L002
CXC1250092-EU-1-CA

Can someone help me locate this firmware and tell me how I can flash it on my phone.

your phone seems to have a memory card problem. run a scan disk from the computer using card reader

I got the files you recommended and flashed the first two but I am uncertain how to flash

the

W800i_CDA102430_14_R2A_Generic_AMERICA_2

file on the phone. Help in this please and thanks for your continued assistance.

i have a w800i with cid36 brown it still keeps me sending error when i flash it at the end

failed finishing. returnvalue 0x27 thats what it sais what sould i do?
