I've got a similar problem!
I've got a IMEI/GDFS mismatch!

My problem is that I can hardly turn on the phone, and when I do so, the phone freezes in less than 5 minutes.

I send the phone to the technical support, they told me the problem was the battery, I bought a new one, but the problem was still there. So I first try to flash the phone. As I've got a w880 CID53 I used Far+JDFlasher plugin, using generic firmware & filesystem. The flash was succesfull, but, again, the same problem arises.

The phone was my sister's, she doesn't play with phones, so I don't know how the gdfs has been damaged. And of course, I don't have a backup.

What should I do? Any ideas? buy a log on davincitools or something similar? or just throw the phone to the bin?
