    Unhappy HELP WITH W580i

    I have been trying to upload flash themes to my phone using a2.......but when i press filesytems button.....it gets stuck like this............

    chipid:9900,emp protocol:0301

    phone state: "retail"
    flash cid: 0052
    elapsed:22 secs.
    im new to this......so any help is most welcome

    Must use XS++, Setool or JDflasher ( FAR ), because your phone is db2020 !!!
    A2uploader is for db3150, db3210 !
