w810 not getting detected on any se tool (phone dead)

:confused:.... hello there i have done flashing on w810 and i personally use it. one of my frnd has a w810. which has the problem.
whenever a sim is inserted it shows an error.."please contact service provider"
and i know it must me the cutpack and should be reflashed. wen i asked him how it happened.. he replied tat once he removed the sim and got this problem. i dunno wat exactly happened. and i myself got inot the phone text lables there i found "serious error".
and then i started the work.
i opened the x++ and connect the phone with cable holding C button. when i do this my infrared led glows and it goes off in a couple of seconds.. after all the phone is getting charged..
its not getting detected. and i tried to connect it normally, its not even going into file manager mode... wat shud b done:(...
