I have W910i which fails to charge fully and is always hot to touch when in normal use and this causes the battey to run down quickly. Battery & charger replaced same problem. I have tried se d-load software and told my mobile is up to date. Any thoughts.

Its a hardware prob..There s a slight short in the power area..
