You have to flash your phone with MAIN, FS and CUSTOMPACK. choose your firmware that included the language you would like to use. latest firmware: R4EK001_RED50

google for your firmwares or just download it from top sony, problem is you havnt fulfilled the requirements to download things yet. but you could buy your rights =P
