How to add display language...?

Hi friends, I am using k750 and I have changed that into w800..

I don t know that who to add displaying language (in message)..

I mean, when msg comes in TAMIL lang it will be shown as squares...How to fix this..

Please guide me...

hey i know how to upload .t9 and .lng files to phone.....
DOES ANYONE HAVE .t9 AND .lng FILES FOR TAMIL LANGUAGE....
OR PLEASE INFORM ME WHERE I CAN GET TAMIL(INDIA) LANGUAGE FILES
