Need help in a very serious problem

I was using the far manager to add some stuff to my w580i and the program stop working and sutted down.Now my phone does not start and when I connected it to SEUS,it says that I already have the newest version and it closes.Can someone tell me a way to upgrade my phone again?:mad::mad::mad:.Please,it is very important.Thank you.

When I connect the phone it stops at <Starting FS> and then it pops out a warning.Do you know a way to upgrade the phone?
