I need help.

Hello.

Yesterday i plugged my phone in my computer, and SE pc suite told me there was an update available. So i did the update but near the end it said 'Aborted' and the program just closed. When i tried to restart my phone it said 'Configuration Error'. I tried a lot of stuff they told me to do here but nothing seemed to work. When i try to flash something with A2uploader all it does is:

Well, i know nothing about flashing or firewire or whatever, so i'm a bit of a hopeless situation =/

My phone is a SE W380, and if it's of any help i live in Belgium, Europe

I followed the guide, but when i try to open the Oflash folder i get an error message. There also is one folder less then in the tutorial. Is that a problem?
