Yes, but patches must be ported to K770 Vodafone version - is not easy, it takes a long time with HexEditor.
You can try with iConvert.rar to port patches.

Open Notepad and copy text from patch and paste in notepad, then open My documents > Tools > Folder Options... > View > unmark Hide extensions for known file types and click OK.
Then mark New Text Document and push F2 to rename :
New Text Document.txt delete txt and write vkp , must have New Text Document.vkp - now your patch is ready and can rename for example Whitelist_to_blacklist.vkp

When install iConvert.exe and start program.
In first line must choose Main ( shown in patch )
In the second line must choose patch (*.vkp )
In the third row must choose Main (for which you want to make patch)
In the fourth row choose where save new patch.

Then click Start and if have error forget this patch ( try another ).

Thank you very much. I will give it a try. So from here http://www.topsony.com/forum/far-man...-a-t16507.html when i have to create the qa patch for my firmware, i will create it for the firmware that qamaker works (generic) and then convert it to mine (vodafone) right?

Yes, just apply quick access patch ( drag and drop K770 Main Vodafone to qamaker.exe ) and then with iConvert port patches for K770 Main Vodafone.

Re: k770i cid53 vodafone firmware patching

Oh unfortunately this is my problem. If i drag and drop Vodafone main to qamaker.exe, the program stops responding and closes. It doesn't produce the qa patch. I tried to drag the generic main (the same with anycid folder) to qamaker.exe and it worked normally and game a qa patch. So i tried to convert this patch with iconvert to my firmware,, but it gave an error that it couldn't find an offset in the new firmware.... So i guess it can't be done?

On XP work with K770_R8BC004_MAIN_VODAFONE_VI_RED53: quick_access__K770_R8BC004_MAIN_VODAFONE_VI_RED53.vkp

    With K770_R8BA024_MAIN_VODAFONE_VI_RED53 not work.
