The following are the issues I'm facing with the phone:

1) "Operation Failed" Error whenever I try to access "Applications" or "Games".

2) Opera Mini no longer works and the phone doesn't even connect to the internet using the default browser.

3) Both the earphone and the ringer speakers are very difficult to hear now a days. It's almost impossible to hear anything during a conversation if there are 2-3 people talking around you. On loudspeaker it's even worse. The voice gets garbled completely.

4) It is almost impossible to work with the joystick.

5) There are huge reception issues. The phone will not pick up any signal in any of the underground Metro (subway rail) Stations in Kolkata. It fails to pick any signal in the basement parking lot of my office. It even fails to pick any tower inside a running lift. Even if it picks up tower calls cannot be made.

6) The autofocus feature & the autofocus light works intermittently. The quality of pics from the camera have also deteriorated a lot.

Can anyone tell me if I upgrade the phone's firmware will that help? If yes is the answer then can anyone tell me which firmware will suit the phone best. I shall download the same.

3-clean d vent of both d speakers..
4-most common fault..replace joystick
5-check antenna connectors..
6-Soft error..Camera glass dusty(internally)
