K800 Resque

In case this isn't the right place to post, say so.

Question1.
Due to a freaky accident my K800 met with, no was submerged into a yogurt substance and remained there for some time. Upon discovery I cleaned the phone inside out, but it is damaged. The phone can be turned on and the welcome video music is audiable, but the screen is gone. I don't remember the sequence to be able to input the simcode blindfolded.
I would like to back up some contacts and data from the phone. Is there any way of connecting the phone to a pc and having a type of virtual screen? And then maybe conecting it to MyPhoneExplorer for backup?
Any ideas are appreciated.

Question2.
Since the accident I inherited someone else's phone K750, but it has languages that I can't use, appart from english. Is there a way to substitude one language for another?

well, you need to change the LCD (screen)
