Problem In K530i

Hi,

I have face a probem on my sony k530i phone as when i make a call and call was picked up then there is message shown on screen as " Ciphering is not provided by the operator. Insecure Transmission". I have contact to my service provider Airtel but they are not able to resolve this problem. Plz suggest what should i do in this scenario.
