    Debrand W995 on Tmobile help

Hi Guys, i'm new here as you'll see.

i got my Sony Ericsson W995 as an upgrade on Saturday 18th July this year so i've had it for about 3 weeks. In this time the phone has done some weird stuff that my old one, a Nokia N95 did not do, such as:
    - At times the phone will show as "Emergency calls only" when i know that i should have full signal as i did with my old phone in these places
    - When browsing through my "Media" folder it seems to be REALLY slow at moving icons and takes ages to load pictures. However when i go to 'Organiser' then 'File Browser' everything loads so much easier and quicker.
    - When using the phone or when u slide it up the screen will occasionally go Black/Navy in colour and i have to take the battery out then put it back in to get back to normal :| Is there a solution to fix this? It usually results in the time and date being completely reset which is very annoying
    - Occasionally when i take my phone out to use it, it will show the message "Inactive Sim Card", Any reason why? I know 100% that there is nothing wrong with my sim card, and again i should have full signal. I then have to turn my phone off then on and again this results in the time and date being reset.

    This is REALLY bugging me.
Does this happen to Anyone else?

I have the software ending in 32 as my phone is branded to Tmoble and SE update thinks its the latest software but i believe there is ones that end in 33 and 34. These may solve my problems but is there ANY chance this will screw up my phone?
