SE C905 FirmwareUpdate

Hi All,

I recently signed up, because I wanted to learn how to de-brand my sony ericsson C905. I am from Australia, with Optus as my service provider. I just wanted to know how you can update the firmware. I found out that the latest version of the firmware is R1EA033. I downloaded the correct .MBN file for my region, but i am unsure as to how to load it onto the phone.

If anyone could tell me, it would be really appreciated.
