Unlock,unbrand change language on a W800i

Hello!
Have a W800i that is locked to Telia(Sweden)

I wish to unlock the telephone and then put Thai language inside it. Can i do this with this telephone?
Looked inside xs++ and it´s a CID36 RED and 0008 fimware or something
What files do i need?
And where can i get them?

Done like this before but that was an Motorola v3i and a Nokia N73. All Swedish but now they have Thai inside and works perfect.
