Can anyone help me (K850i) when i press the number 1 or 4 button the screen goes off. I leave it for a minute and press another button it comes back on untill i press 1 or 4 and screen goes blank. I have updated the software from Sony ericsson website but no joy :mad:

I not sure about your problem but possible problem should be, eerom.
Try use repair. Hope this help.
Oh, and don't forget to backup your GDFS
