My Computer Gets Restarted

Hi Guys,
My computer get restarted if i connect my sony ericsson k310i to my PC.
In FileTransfer Mode:
if i connect my phone in FileTransfer Mode, suddenly my PC get restarted. So i connect my phone while the PC is booting Xp.

In Phone Mode:
I can connect my Phone with PC in Phone mode without restart problem. But after removing the data cable my PC get restarted. So i turnoff the PC to remove the phone.

So i searched in google. There is no working solution to this problem. I think many of the users has faced this problem. help me to solve this problem.

the problem is with you computer, changing your PC RAM will solve your restart problem
