Hi : how to flash w800i firmware

As you all can see my nick, i am new here, so i know nothing about flashing.. now what can i do...
i interested to do flashing is because i think my firmware have corrupted or something, the problem goes like this, my video camera is working fine, but my still camera, once i press the capture button, then will have the shutter sound, if not silent, then it will go saving photo status right? but after shutter sound, it return to menu, it happen almost everytime.
Beside that, i am interested to change the sms limit for this phone too..
anyone can guide me ?

i think that is not a firmware issue, may be a loose connection of the camera and the board

its very easy just download xs++ and then download the right firmware for your mobile and flash it. thats it

hmm, but video camera is ok EVERYTIME
