if it doesn't work... then you need to install the usbflash thing to make the drivers work you can find it in google or look around the thread... the way i upgraded mine is what i did is I got a total great package and a free tutorial on how to flash the phone and debrand it.. now I have a real sony ericsson w810i phone not a *cingular,Orange,tmobile,etc...* branded phone. well here's the link for the stuff you need.
