i have now tried that, but still says one of the drvies connect has malfunctioned please replace it

that seems to be a bad USB cable or USB port, try changing the usb port (different usb port at the back of your PC) and usb cable

i went down the market today? and first lot of ppl, said new usb cable,
then the other 3 said it needs other bits changed,

i will try another usb cable first, as i only got the one with the 4 pin s in it
