JDFlasher won't recognise my k770i CID53

I keep getting the error message ""OpenPlugin(IOusb::open(time exceed))" when following the first freaking step.

I follow all the instructions correctly, and it just won't acknowledge my phone has been connected. The phone successfully enters the USB connection file transfer mode, and I've definitely got the USB drivers installed, however JDflasher refused to cooperate. I know the flash drivers are working because I used the GordonGate method.

Please, if anybody has had this problem or knows how to fix it, help me!
