SE 760I restarts and unable to upgrade firmware

hi ,

I too had the same problem before. i can help you if i get some more details.

1. Did you drop your phone in water before?
2. does the display of your phone lits up when started?
3. Did you flashed yours before?

reply and i will give you a solution... don't worry lol.

if your answer for the above is as follows,

1.Yes
2.Yes
3.No

then try deleting

1. tpa\preset\system\custmenu\cust_menu_data.dat &
2. tpa\preset\system\custmenu\cust_menu_done_unpackin g.dat

and of course, do backup

it worked for me.
