Firmware flash problems [W880i]

after having a dead phone it was suggested i flash it with XS++ i am getting this-

i am trying to flash with this-

w580_r6bc002_fs_anz_red52.rar

and all im getting is this-

can i cry now or am i doing something wrong?

also i tryed to backup gdfs, but it wouldnt let me...

any helpwould be great!
