saving patch

Hey gusy. I want to create patch for my w550... but how can i save it?
I open winhex, open main, edit it, but don't know how to save... can someone help pls? :(

If You have text for this patch, open Notepad, paste it, save by txt files.
Than go to folder where You have it and rename it - chande extension from
txt to vkp.
Voila !

but You should write down me Yous phone model and firmware...
