    turn off keypad lights

    hi guys i heavily use gprs and my keypad lights remain on which result a shorter battery life. anyone have any idea how can i deactive and activate them on my will.as i dont need them in daylight. any idea or suggestion will be praised

    that s easy, there is a patch for it but you didn't tell your firmware version and phone model. anyway, it is in the download section for w800, don't know for others

    i've found it but i think it is not for my phone(K750@W800 R1BC001 CID49)will it work on CID49 .moreover it will permanently disable the keypad lights or i'll have the option to activate and deactive it on my will.

    so your phone is w800? i mean k750 flashed on w800 with rbc1002 fw? in that case there must be a CID49 patch too, just search for it, and no, you don't have an option, it's permanent
