i got some problems while im trying to unlock my k770i

i tryied to unlock my k770i cid 53 with jdflasher and when im trying to opent the bflash i get this error setdirectory<setdir<setmode<doscript<run<gethello< iousb:getblock<time exceed
anybody know how to fix it?
i also tried to unlock it with the setool v0.915038 but when i want to start it i got a error: severe error (00000006)

for the first part, it may be a bad contact at the fastport, and for the second, you can't use setool v0.915038 without setoolbox
