Hi everybody!
I have a w910i but i connect to my Pc and the soft a2 tool have a problem is "can't get ack".
Who can't help me to fix this,please??
i'm newbie

checck your battery and cable. make sure installed gordon gates driver.

I had problem getting it to recognise my phone, worked out after I forgot to install the drivers.
