My K800 is dead

Hello everyone, I need your help, my K800 is "dead", if I try to turn it flashes only infrared light. A friend told me that D-ultimate unlocker can solve my problem and fix my phone. I connected the phone while pressing 2-5, but nothing happens, I can't click "ready", if I connect the usb cable still flashes the red infrared light. I have the pc suite on my computer so I should already have the drivers, correct? What's wrong? Can you help me? Thanks so much.
