    It will not affect u r hardware..check continuity between two legs of u r ear speaker..if continuity fails, then u should change u r ear speaker..

    if continuity is there,then u should stretch both the legs of that ear speaker..

    I don't think that i could, but on the other hand, i was so carefull removing it, so i can hardly see how i could dammage the speaker.

    Anybody know how it works?
    Is it an ordinary coil speaker og is it a more fanzy piezo type speaker?

    its just lik an ordinary speaker dude..just in few ohms...continuity check 'll confirm u r ear speaker...:)
