Error Code When Unlocking K770i URGENT

Hi this is the log I get when holding either of the following :

2+*, 2+5, 5+8, 5+*, 8+*, C

What can I do? What does the error code mean? I have the USB drivers installed and it detects it.

The error codes now read:
