Why should the drivers got deleted, when its a brand new phone? The problem is, when u try to 'video call' , its goes straight to 'video call failed'....
    Any ideas?

    Thanks...

    Re: w910i video call

ive done that..plz!!! im a SE phone user yow !!! lol. but the thing is, i have spoken to the customer care service for the phone company & they said that if the phone came from england, it wouldnt pick up the 3G, bcuz, in england they use UMTS 2100, while the company only support UMTS 1900.... if the phone came from america, most definately it would work.....

    could this possiblely be true???

if true, do i have to re-flash with FS-AMERICA FIRMWARE & MAIN??

Well if your network has 3G network, it doesn't mean that it provides video call services. Ask them if they have video call service.
