Is K810i use the same hardware as K800i ?

May I know if K810i is using the same hardware as K800i? Any chance the K800i can change into K810i casing?

The hardware is the same, but the case and keypadlight are different. So when you flash the k810 firmware to your k800 the keypadlight will not work correct.

he is talking about the casing, not flashing the firmware.
I believe the alignment of the keys might be a little different, and changing the back of the phone may give you some problems as well, as the cameras and everything are nicely attached to the phone

K800i to k810i, yes it can :) and you can flash with k810i sw ;)

i guess is onli the keypad module is not the same.

Hardware is the Same, but K810 is a bit thinner, and keypad is not the same,
There are more leds on keypad.
Also i believe that the buttons around Joystick are not the same, becouse they are smaller, so guess, they must be a bit nearer towards themselfs.

So I will not bet on that u can change casing on K800 to K810.

you can flash your k800i to a k810i.

after that use the farmanager and copy the k800i lighteffects to your phone

tpa/preset/system/lighteffect/systemeffects
