Video Quality Problem for Se Walkman Series

I have W705...Whenever i convert videos for mobile using different softwares........i get black patches when there is black background in mobile.......[But when i play the same video in computer....it plays fine]

Is there some Particular setting for video encoding to avoid this?

Has any1 come across such problem?

plz give some suggestions for video encoding .....size doesnt matters...i hav 8GB M2.....

I use program called "Any Video Converter" it's free and u have very usefull settings in it .. like encoding any video format to mobile phone .mpg. U can tweak it too :)
